• We may offer plans via partners, or you may choose your own.
   

• Let’s Escape reserves the right to change itinerary due to weather, political issues, or supplier conditions.
   
• In case of unavoidable circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.), alternatives will be provided where possible.
   

• Respectful behavior is expected from all travelers.
   
• Disruptive or abusive conduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.
   

• Let’s Escape acts as a booking intermediary. We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, injuries, or changes caused by third-party suppliers.
   
• We do our best to ensure a seamless experience but cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances.
   

• All content on our site and marketing material is owned by Let’s Escape and cannot be used without permission.
   

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
